Position Purpose
Processing month-end close, preparing financial statements, prepare and manage audits, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Additionally, Valley Hope Counseling provides compassionate mental health support for individuals, couples, and families. We also offer representative payee services to assist with benefit and money management, promoting financial stability and security.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Completes all monthly Accounts Receivable tasks and balancing
Prepares all Month-end close functions and financial statements
Supports Audit Process
Supports New Payment System
Serves as backup for payroll
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Four-year degree in accounting or a business-related field. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential with the ability to implement goals and objectives required by the accounting profession.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics, Millennium, Kronos, Microsoft Internet Explorer; Excel; Word; Access; and Outlook.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Participate in various committees to establish direct input from Fraser, Ltd. (Serving on these committees provides the opportunity to discuss and maintain an awareness of new trends, discuss common problems and exchange ideas, which will improve existing operation.)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license required for employees operating company vehicles. Housing training may be required.
