Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Support with reviewing financial information, contracts, schedules and all other site related activities.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and enhance workflow at the site locations.
- Limited front desk support when needed
- Proven experience with similar administrative roles.
- Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail. Accounting and Excel spreadsheet experience helpful.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of office practices and procedures.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing positive experiences for all stakeholders.
