AI Project Delivery Manager

Role Summary
This position is responsible for guiding AI and analytics initiatives from concept through completion. The manager ensures every project is delivered according to defined goals, schedules, and resource expectations while maintaining strong communication between technical and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination for multiple AI and data-driven efforts, aligning scope, schedule, and deliverables.

• Serve as the key connection between technical contributors, product stakeholders, and business users to confirm requirements and track execution.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including timelines, task tracking, and issue logs to promote transparency and accountability.

• Anticipate potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks, coordinating resolutions across engineering, IT, and operations.

• Support smooth collaboration between AI specialists, developers, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of five years of professional experience leading or coordinating complex technology projects.

• Exposure to artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or digital transformation environments preferred.

Additional Value

• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Prosci are advantageous but not required.

• Working understanding of AI/ML terminology and development practices, with the ability to translate between technical and business perspectives.

• Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder communication abilities.
