Are you a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys working with a dynamic team? Genesis Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a modern community in Richmond. What you'll do:
- Be a Property Pro: Perform efficient and high-quality apartment turns to get units ready for our next residents.
- Fix it Right: Use your skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Solve Resident Problems: Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure everyone is satisfied and informed.
- Stay Ready: Join our rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent issues and keep our community running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
- Two years of maintenance experience: You've been in the game and know the ropes.
- A team player: We work better together, and we want someone who feels the same.
- A clean record: You'll need to pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts and on-call rotation
