Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Asphalt Foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
