New Dimensions has an exciting leadership opportunity! We are hiring for the role of Full Time Assistant Director of Nurses. The Assistant Director of Nurses will support the Director of Nurses in delivering skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency, participate in implementing protocols affecting patient care services, collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel in planning services for clients, assist with comprehensive training for RN Case Managers, participate weekly multidisciplinary meetings, provide support for nursing staff, and assist in day to day operations of Case Managers and nursing staff.
