Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Saturday
Pay: $42,000 – $100,000 per year (performance-based)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

  • Assist customers in choosing products that meet their needs and guide purchasing decisions

  • Communicate with current and potential customers via phone, text, email, and video

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

  • Use apps and technology to support sales activities

  • Seek out and develop customer networks throughout the community

  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals


Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Competitive, high-energy personality
