D.I.B Automotive Group is growing rapidly with 7 established locations across Houston. We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can handle a busy workflow, build trust with customers, and consistently drive revenue through strong service recommendations.
This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential. Our top advisors are earning well into six figures due to strong car count, team support, and steady demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from arrival through vehicle delivery
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify service needs
- Present repair recommendations, timelines, and pricing clearly and confidently
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain detailed service records and estimates
- Follow up with customers to drive retention and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in automotive service or as a Service Advisor
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair processes
- Proven ability to communicate and sell services effectively
- Experience with diesel and brake systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
