Service Manager – Your Buddy Steve’s Garage
Pay Range: $80,000 – $170,000 (based on experience + performance bonuses)

Your Buddy Steve’s Garage is a busy, fast-growing, family-run auto repair and full-service fueling business in Bensalem. We’re known for honest communication, high-quality work, and a friendly, no-ego shop culture. We take care of our team so they can take great care of our customers. We’re looking for a true Service Manager — not an entry-level role — someone who wants to help lead a strong team and grow with us.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and accountability
Excellent communication with customers & techs
Self-motivated, organized, calm under pressure
Ability to manage workflow, sales process, and people
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years automotive service advisor/manager experience
Proven track record with sales, ARO, and team management
Ability to multitask in a high-volume shop
Comfortable with digital inspections and modern shop software
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of technicians
Oversee customer experience from intake to final delivery
Drive sales through transparent, ethical communication
Audit inspections, parts, and job pricing before presenting
Maintain workflow, scheduling, and shop organization
Support and improve shop systems as we grow
Uphold standards, culture, and daily operations
