Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 per year
Benefits: Paid training, certification reimbursement, retirement (IRA), paid time off
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, brake repair, engine repair, electrical repair, and general auto repair across a variety of makes and models
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using OBD-II and other diagnostic tools
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Deliver high-quality repairs that meet safety and performance standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to earn them with support)
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use Tekmetric, Partstech, or similar programs to build quotes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-driven, dependable, and team-oriented
