Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
• Train and mentor bartenders and servers to ensure top-notch service and product knowledge
• Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry
• Extensive knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 21 years old
