Job Description
We are hiring a Bilingual Production Lead for a fast-paced warehouse container unloading operation.
This position requires someone who can lead a team while also working alongside them unloading containers. The lead is responsible for keeping the crew productive, organized, and moving at a fast pace.
?? This is physical work in a production environment. The lead must be able to set the pace and lead by example.

Leads can earn $200+ per day depending on production.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a container unloading crew
Unload containers and palletize freight
Keep the team moving quickly and efficiently
Communicate instructions to workers
Maintain productivity and organization during container unloads
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Leadership experience preferred
Must be dependable and motivated
Must be comfortable doing physical warehouse work
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
