Precision Lumping Services is hiring an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume warehouse staffing across multiple states.
This is not a corporate HR role.
We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced warehouse recruiting, production environments, and the urgency required to fill positions quickly with reliable workers.

?? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Full-cycle recruiting for:
Contacting applicants within minutes of applying
Conducting structured phone screens
Scheduling interviews within 24 hours
Reducing no-shows through follow-up systems
Confirming attendance before Day 1
Tracking hiring metrics per building
Attending leadership meetings (virtual)
Communicating daily with building managers
Building a workforce — not just filling seats
?? What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting (warehouse, staffing, logistics preferred)
Comfortable making 30–40 outbound calls per day
Strong phone presence and screening ability
Experience using Indeed, HireClick, or similar platforms
Organized and data-driven
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working in a performance-driven culture
You must understand urgency.
