Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year
- Unlimited earning potential
- $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement
- Mileage, supplies, and cell phone reimbursement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record
