What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at ABA Connect LLC, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services by:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing behavior intervention strategies that foster skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
- Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians to ensure effective treatment delivery and growth
- Collecting and analyzing data to guide clinical decisions and optimize client outcomes
- Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide consistent, holistic care
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to evidence-based care and continued learning
