Job Description

We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities through evidence-based behavioral services that promote growth, independence, and quality of life. In this role, you’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior supports that meet each person’s unique needs.

What You’ll Do:

Behavior Assessment & Intervention

  • Design treatment plans that are sensitive to individuals’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct naturalistic observations in both individual and group settings
  • Support individuals in achieving meaningful progress through evidence-based behavioral strategies

Collaboration & Training

  • Facilitate a team approach toward treatment planning and service delivery
  • Provide organizational training related to behavior program implementation
  • Collaborate with staff and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent, person-centered care

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Implement and monitor plans developed with the Council on Quality and Leadership to ensure ongoing progress and accurate documentation
  • Utilize knowledge of Title XIV and HCBS Waiver standards to monitor compliance and ensure quality services are being delivered
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support program effectiveness and compliance standards

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
  • North Dakota licensure required and maintained annually
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly supervised experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans
  • Experience utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Positive Behavioral Supports consistent with best practices for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide instruction and guidance related to personal care needs
