Bailey’s first started in 2009 offering only paintless dent repair to the nation’s body shops and dealership. By 2012, we started offering these services to Fargo/Moorhead and then in 2014 we purchased a building. Our success gave us the opportunity to start detailing vehicles in 2016, auto body services in 2018. Our high standard and amazing culture are what sets us apart.

Reports To
The body shop salesmember will report to the production manager.
Job Overview
You'll welcome guests and discuss their vehicle concerns and estimate jobs with the opportunity to upsell additional services. Customer satisfaction and communication is a key part to this position.

Not Necessary but beneficial
- Experience with:1 year of auto body estimating experience
- 1 year of working in a body shop
- 1 year of experience with auto glass
- Experience with auto claims
- Customer service experience
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Greet customers
- Maintain professional image
- Create repair plans
- Estimate collision repair on tablet/PC
- Estimate wide range of jobs on tablet/PC
- Document damage with photos
- Research OEM repair procedures
- Perform vehicle pre & post scans
- Diagnose vehicle codes
- Schedule repairs
- Explain repair procedures and repair plan to customers and team members
- Problem solve
- Work in fast paced environment
- Order parts, check parts, return parts
- Meet deadlines
- Effectively communicate to team members
- Assist in receiving client's payments
