Pay $40,000- $46,000
Benefits Heath, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off/Sick Pay.
Hours Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of QuickBooks financial software
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support to the finance and accounting teams
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
