Position: Canvass Manager (Field Marketing)
Fast Growing Home Improvement Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead and manage our canvassing team. This role is critical for expanding our customer base and promoting our services. The Field Marketing Manager will earn a competitive wage starting salary, with commission, overrides and bonuses for additional earnings based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues during the canvassing process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
