Position: Canvassing Manager
Fast Growing Home Improvement Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead and manage our canvassing team. This role is critical for expanding our customer base and promoting our services. The Canvassing Manager will earn a competitive wage starting salary, with commission, overrides and bonuses for additional earnings based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues during the canvassing process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
