All Embracing Home Care is seeking a Compassionate Care Manager to support a client in Oslo, Minnesota. This position offers a consistent schedule with daily visits.

A couple hours in the morning
A couple hours in the evening
Daily visits, 7 days/week
?? Position Overview:
The Care Manager will provide reliable, person-centered support in the client’s home. Duties typically include personal cares, companionship, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ensuring the client’s safety and comfort.
