Superior Honda of Omaha/Acura of Omaha is currently seeking an outgoing, customer service-oriented candidate to join our team as a Service and Parts Cashier. This front-line role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process payments for service and parts invoices
- Count and balance the cash drawer each morning
- Process repair orders using the CDK system
- Scan and file repair orders accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
- Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Office or cashier experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of duties in a busy office environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling cash and processing payments
- Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test
