What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $25–$27 per hour depending on experience
- Structured Retention Bonuses:
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,000 after 2 years
- $1,000 after 3 years
- Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday work week
- Steady Hours: Typically 40–45 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Deliver building materials to contractors throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area and surrounding communities
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to job sites
- Operate a forklift in the yard and at delivery locations
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including occasional heavy lifting
- Represent Simonson Lumber with professionalism and strong customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL Class B license (no restrictions)
- Current medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work as part of daily responsibilities
