What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out at the front desk
Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests
Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Help create a positive, professional clinic environment
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience
Dental office experience required
Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
