Lead the daily management and coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule, updating it monthly and ensuring clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and field staff.
Create a Master Variance accounting plan prior to project launch; ensure accurate and timely coding of subcontractor, supplier, labor, and equipment costs.
Manage all aspects of contract administration, including pay applications, change orders, RFIs, ASIs, and client communications. Follow up on outstanding invoices with project stakeholders.
Prepare and manage all subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and signed.
Review and approve shop drawings for compliance with project specifications and timelines. Track delivery schedules and proactively resolve delays by coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all construction activities meet project plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
Report any significant issues or delays to the Division Manager in a timely manner.
