Century Builders is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects. This role oversees project performance from pursuit and preconstruction through execution, commissioning, and closeout. Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and project management software.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure project profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation.
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes.
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, and contract administration.
• Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while managing risks effectively.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of commercial/industrial project management experience
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects
• Expertise in cost control, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and change management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Preferred proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6/MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
• OSHA 30 required; PMP/CCM preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000.00 to $125,000 DOE
• Paid Time Off

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active construction sites for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use basic safety equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 5–6-day workweeks
• Regular travel for client, vendor, and coordination meetings.
• Frequent visits to active construction sites
