Common Area Housekeeper
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Schedule

  • Training / Off-Season: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • In-Season (Estimated around Memorial Day): Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Schedule may adjust based on business needs

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Common Area Housekeeper to support cleanliness and presentation within a high-end residential resort community. This role focuses exclusively on maintaining shared spaces used by residents and guests.

Note: This is not a hotel housekeeping position. Responsibilities are limited to common/public areas and do not include cleaning individual residential units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared amenities
  • Ensure spaces are neat, sanitized, and presentable at all times
  • Restock supplies in common areas as needed
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Provide professional and courteous interactions when in resident-facing areas

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift

Dress Code

  • Tan or navy blue slacks
  • Polo shirt in tan, navy, or white
  • Uniform items may be provided based on assignment
