Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laser Screed Operator to join our crew. This role is critical for achieving superior flatness and levelness on large-scale concrete pours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate our Ligchine or equivalent laser screed equipment for concrete placement.

  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain laser screed equipment and related tools consistently.

  • Ensure accurate grade and elevation per project specifications.

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

  • Collaborate with foremen and crew to maintain workflow and quality standards.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' operating laser screed equipment (Ligchine preferred).

  • Strong understanding of concrete finishing and flatwork processes.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and grade specifications.

  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs.

  • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
