Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage
construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring
that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role
requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of
construction processes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
Utilize construction management software such as Fieldwire for project scheduling and
documentation.
Review contracts and manage compliance with contractual obligations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety
standards (OSHA).
Oversee resource allocation for construction projects.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to guide project execution.
Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications.
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders regarding timelines, challenges, and
updates.
Qualifications
Must have 36 months of superintendent experience minimum
Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in
supervising construction sites.
Proficiency in construction management software.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and quality control practices.
Ability to effectively manage teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) relevant to the construction industry. This role is essential
for the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that we meet our clients' expectations while
maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
