What You'll Do
As a Contract Field Installation Technician, you'll be representing HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 in the field, handling some of the most important touchpoints in our customer experience. That includes:
- Delivering and professionally installing hot tubs, saunas, pool tables, and other wellness products at customer homes
- Completing service calls including routine maintenance, repairs, and water care as needed
- Ensuring every delivery and service visit is handled safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Providing customers with a positive, professional experience and answering questions about their products
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries, service calls, and any follow-up needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in delivery, installation, mechanical service, or a related trade is strongly preferred
- Self-directed and dependable — you manage your time and show up ready to work
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to safely handle and maneuver large, heavy products
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Experience with hot tubs, saunas, or similar equipment is a plus — but we're willing to work with the right contractor
