Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys partnering with executives, improving business operations, and helping shape the future of a growing, multi-location company.
You'll serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance while overseeing accounting operations, forecasting cash flow, and supporting company-wide decision-making. What You'll Do
- Lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
- Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and reporting
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and forecasting within a leasing-based business model
- Build integrated forecasts across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Support store operations with meaningful financial insights and performance metrics
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Accounting, HR, and IT teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Experience managing accounting functions within a multi-location organization
- Background supporting businesses with multiple revenue streams, including leasing, sales, and inventory
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a privately held company or ESOP environment is a plus
