As the Customer Care Manager at Hot Spring Spas & Pool Tables in West Fargo ND, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service, handling inquiries and concerns, and overseeing the customer care team to ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to creating a fun wellness atmosphere for our customers as well as our employees, where they feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Your ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and problem-solve creatively will be key to your success in this role.
Various duties will include the following but are not limited to:
1. Work closely with our warehouse to make sure inventory is accurate in all showrooms as well as maintaining the proper supply in the warehouse.
2. Train and become the water care expert in all applications for hot tubs and swimming pools.
3. Strategically set goals and action plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
4. Some travel will be required to Bismarck with possible overnight.

You will be an essential part of our team, working closely with sales staff, technicians, and other departments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support.
