Pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Days off: Sunday and Monday

Re-Bath, a family-owned franchise of the nation’s leading bathroom remodeling brand, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our West Allis showroom. If you're personable, organized, and thrive on helping people, this is your opportunity to play a key role in our customer experience—from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners and a steady presence throughout their remodeling journey. This role combines front desk support, phone communication, scheduling, and customer care.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Make outbound calls to schedule in-home consultations with prospective clients
- Greet showroom visitors and ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide clear communication about project timelines and next steps
- Handle customer concerns or questions with empathy and follow-through
- Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling in our system
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with administrative and support tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with computers and scheduling tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience in home services, remodeling, or retail is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check

Training & Location
