TNT Kid’s Fitness & Gymnastics is a mission-driven organization dedicated to unlocking potential through movement. We provide inclusive, high-quality programming in gymnastics and fitness for individuals of all abilities. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Service Specialist to be the welcoming face of our organization and ensure every family has a positive experience at TNT.
Hourly Range: $16.00 to $19.00
Summer Schedule: This position offers 8–10 hours per week, with shifts from 3:45 PM to 8:15 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, plus occasional Friday shifts from 3:45 PM to 5:45 PM.
School Year Schedule: This position offers 8–12 hours per week, with 2–3 shifts scheduled between 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Daily face-to-face interactions greeting and assisting customers.
Communicate with clients to verify account information.
Carry out day-to-day business transactions.
Greet clients warmly, be helpful, and ascertain problems or reasons for calling.
Take payment information and other pertinent details such as addresses and phone numbers.
Assist with daily cash deposits and balancing of starting cash.
Inform clients of sales and promotions.
Sell products and assist with the in-house showroom.
Utilize computer technology to handle online sales.
Ensure a high quality of service is delivered.
Participate in staff meetings.
Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge Required or Work-Related Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Energetic.
Able to adapt to different situations.
Detail-oriented.
2 years of customer service experience, a 2-year degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Customer service experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
