Your Role as a Food Service Director
As a Food Service Director, you will lead site directors to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations in food service. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery
- Mentor and develop operational managers and staff

Location:
This position is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with regional travel required.
