Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher

Location: Barnesville, MN - Barnesville Daycare Center in Wahpeton, ND

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Barnesville Daycare Center in Wahpeton, ND. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. The Early Childhood Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, assess children's developmental progress, communicate with parents, and maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and behavior.
• Observe and assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback to parents and daycare center staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning community.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
