Job Description
  • Assistant to Facility Director
  • Answer phones and Greet Guests upon entrance to facility
  • Administrative/Clerical Needs, Data Entry
  • Assist with Applicant Interviews within all departments
  • Conduct New Employee Orientation/Training
  • Maintaining Personnel records
  • Identify and Manage Training and Development Needs for Employees
  • Support with Annual Performance Reviews – as needed.
  • Develop Plans for Employee Engagement
  • Monitor Certification and License renewal dates for employees.
  • Acting as a Liaison between Staff and Management, Addressing Complaints, Employee Concerns, and Assisting with Performance Appraisals.
  • Works with all departments to ensure effective communication
  • Collaborates with members of management on a regular basis to coordinate and enhance employee services and programming.

    Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience, Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook. Must have strong Interpersonal Skills, Strong communication, strong organizational, and problem solving abilities; ability to handle confidential information and resolve conflicts.
