Salary Range: $65-75k / annually

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing engineering drawings, schematics, cable schedules, and layout diagrams using CAD software.
Support engineers in collecting technical data, performing design calculations, and organizing project documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, and quality control teams to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
Maintain and update engineering databases, records, and bill of materials.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and design reviews to gain field experience and exposure to project lifecycle stages.
Provide administrative and technical support for project meetings, reports, and deliverables.
Implement feedback and guidance from supervising engineers to improve technical proficiency and project understanding.
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools; familiarity with project management or drafting software is a plus.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to support multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
Basic understanding of engineering principles, safety standards, and project workflows.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office and is usually low to moderate.
This job may require working evenings and weekends on occasion.
Movements including but not limited to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching are required.
Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; talk; see; and/or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at all times.
