Town & Country Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing, family-owned residential heating and cooling company serving homeowners and lake properties throughout the Hawley, Detroit Lakes, and Pelican Rapids areas since 2000.
We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Whether you're a recent HVAC graduate, currently completing technical training, or have some hands-on mechanical experience, we'd like to hear from you.
You don't need years of experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals installing, maintaining, and servicing residential heating and cooling systems
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment and performance issues
- Assist with residential furnace, air conditioner, and other heating and cooling system installations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections while developing technical skills
- Provide friendly, professional service to homeowners throughout our service area
- Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Interest in building a long-term career in residential HVAC
- HVAC technical education or previous mechanical experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently as skills and experience develop
- Valid driver's license
