Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors and other adults who need assistance with daily living. In this role, you will become a trusted presence in a client's home, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
About the Role
As a part-time caregiver, you will work one-on-one with clients, tailoring your support to each person's needs, routines, and preferences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support mobility, including safe transfers, walking, and repositioning.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders and help clients follow their daily care routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and keeping living spaces clean and safe.
- Run errands, provide transportation to appointments, and assist with grocery shopping as requested.
- Offer companionship through conversation, shared activities, and engagement that supports emotional well-being.
- Monitor each client's condition and promptly report changes in health, behavior, or safety to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided during each visit.
Qualifications

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for clients who require errands or appointments.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform the essential tasks of the role.
- CPR or first aid certification is helpful, and a caring, trustworthy demeanor is essential.
