FIELD FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR
The Field Foreman/Supervisor position is a crucial and rewarding roll with K&T Irrigation. This position leads, mentors and focuses on keeping our field team safe and efficient while also maintaining company assets.
The Field Foreman/Supervisor will also work within our grain division leading our same field team and equal responsibilities.
Education & Work Experience:
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Willingness to teach new skills and take on new responsibilities
- Possessing a Class A CDL license is preferred
- Agriculture, Irrigation and grain site experience preferred
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Must have a strong mechanical background
- Must be able to perform direct physical effort
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to obtain a Class A CDL license
- Must be able to work overtime during peak season
- Must be willing to overnight when traveling out of town
