The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Videographer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This role is perfect for a talented and experienced videographer seeking flexible work arrangements. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to various client projects, ranging from polished, highly-produced videos to quick-turn, engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Spotlight Media's creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with client objectives.
- Produce video content that is both visually stunning and strategically targeted for maximum impact.
- Handle all aspects of the video production process, including filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
- Work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of creating eye-catching and effective marketing videos.
- Strong understanding of current video trends, particularly for social media.
- Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred).
- Exceptional creative vision and storytelling abilities.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a passion for results-driven video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation
