Job Description
Mobile Pro, a premier Fargo-based production company, seeks a full-time Event Production Coordinator to work directly with clients and the Mobile Pro team to project manage contracted technology elements, collect and organize content into technical cue scripts, and create/update set-up maps and other diagrams to effectively execute the live event production plan. Applicant should have working knowledge of the live event industry, as well as superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Client Relationships—create and maintain client relationships, hold meetings to develop details (scope) list needed for each assigned event, technical cue script development, as well as client relationship building and monitoring sponsorship agreements.
- Venue Communication--coordinate details with event venues which includes, but is not limited to, on-site assets for set-up, times for set-up/strike, and client table and room layout details.
- Internal Project Management—assist Production Team Leads with advancing shows which may include translating client goals into actionable production tasks, facilitating collaboration across technical and creative departments, providing timely updates and deliverables, support in verifying gear lists, assisting with crewing, and navigating project management software.
- Records—maintain proper notes for each client’s event in software and in company archives.
- Asset Management—gather show assets from clients, including music files, slide presentations, videos, text documents, run of shows, and any other digital files needed by the production team.
- Disseminate Information-- organize and distribute event details and documents to crew members in meetings and production management software for each show prior to the event.
- On-Site Producer—see event coordination through to execution, work with talent on stage direction and tech cues with client and show crew. Some travel to out-of-town events is required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- This position is full-time, exempt status and will have a salary range between $38,000 and $50,000, depending on skills and relevant experience.
