Fargo Country Club is seeking a talented and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team, specializing in the grill station. This full-time position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food to our members and guests in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute all grilled items to standard specifications, including sauces, steaks, chops, seafood, and vegetables.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station during prep, service, and breakdown.
Ensure food is prepared to club standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, labeling, and storage.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
1–2 years grill experience in a professional kitchen setting required (country club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant preferred).
Solid knowledge of cooking temperatures, meat doneness, and grill equipment.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
