As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services for guests
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservations
