We are a fast-growing multinational group with our headquarters in the US, manufacturing operations in Asia, and sales offices worldwide. As we continue to expand globally, we are establishing a new Corporate Controlling Department to strengthen our global financial management, compliance, and strategic oversight.
We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and globally minded person to build and lead this new department. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement, and oversee group-wide controlling processes in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and lead a global finance controlling function from the ground up.
2. Work across consolidation, IFRS reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting.
3. Develop accounting policies and guidelines, training materials and accounting handbook.
4. Manage ERP global setup & continuous improvement
5. Oversee tax compliance, legal filings, insurance, etc.
6. Manager financial and compliance setup for new companies globally
7. Parter with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions across regions.
8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent degree (CPA/CFA/MBA preferred)
2. 15+ years of progressive experiences in finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a multinational manufacturing environment.
3. Well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of accounting and corporate finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, consolidation and FP&A
5. Solid understanding of international taxation (e.g. PE, TP,FTC), cross-border tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
6. Proven experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and a track record of process/system improvements.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
8. Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work across multiple countries and cultures.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment.
