Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Manage inventory and supplies for the housekeeping department
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field

• Weekends required
