- Manage incoming service calls and dispatching technicians efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they FEEL GOOD INSIDE about their experience
- Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with billing and invoice processing
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
