Town & Country Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing, family-owned residential heating and cooling company serving homeowners and lake properties throughout the Hawley, Detroit Lakes, and Pelican Rapids areas since 2000.
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to diagnose and solve problems, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for residential customers
- Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system conditions, repair options, and recommended services
- Use mobile-accessible flat-rate pricing tools to prepare accurate service quotes without unnecessary calls to the office for pricing approvals
- Complete service documentation and maintain professional communication with customers
- Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining safe, organized work practices
- Help maintain the strong customer relationships and reputation Town & Country has built throughout the area
What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with heating and cooling equipment
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field
- Familiarity with residential HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation practices
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Dependability, initiative, and pride in doing the job right
- Valid driver's license
