Position: Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support our international sales team within the dynamic iGaming industry. This role plays a key role in driving performance, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team's effectiveness. The Sales Manager will help define and execute the sales roadmap, track performance metrics, and ensure the team is positioned to meet and exceed company goals.

Essential Functions

  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote, non-U.S.-based sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.

  • Participate in international travel (approximately once per quarter) for team and industry engagements.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, processes, and KPIs to improve efficiency and results.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish sales roadmaps, targets, and forecasting models.

  • Provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to support growth and accountability.

  • Monitor pipeline health, deal progress, and team metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Oversee sales administrative processes, including reporting, CRM management, and performance reviews.

  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new sales team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales operations — experience in the iGaming or related B2B tech/entertainment industries preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
